Coordinators Boundaries and Regions: The coordinator’s role is to manage the rostering and the day to day activities and processes associated with the delivery of service to each client for their domestic assistance and lawn mowing. If you have any questions regarding either of these services please contact the office on 62873777 and ask for your relevant coordinator. If you care for yourself in your home, or provide care for a frail or disabled relation, we can assist with personal care which includes showering, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, mobility and more. We currently provide 30,000 hours of personal care each year.
Our wonderful Support Carers assist on a regular basis with tasks such as cleaning toilets and bathrooms, bench tops and cupboard doors, stove tops, stripping and remaking beds, washing floors, vacuuming carpet areas and assistance with laundry. We currently provide 60,000 hours of HACC funded domestic assistance and 15,000 hours of brokerage and Veteran’s Home Care each year.
Our Home Modifications program is designed to keep you safe in your own home once an occupational therapist has determined your requirements. The work carried out can be as simple as a grab rail or as a major as a bathroom renovation. Ramps, bed blocks, chair blocks and enlarging doorways for wheelchair access are all services we can offer you.
We have our own dedicated Handypeople to carry out non trade related maintenance which enhances safety and security in the homes and gardens of our clients. This service is specifically for safety reasons and not for beautification.
This service compliments our domestic assistance program which undertakes heavier tasks such as hygienic cleaning of wet areas, high dusting, ceiling fans, light fittings exhaust fans, cleaning ovens, windows (internal windows only) and carpet steam cleaning.
Clients are charged a co-contribution determined by your income. This is determined by a member of our qualified assessment team when they visit your home to discuss your specific requirements. The following methods of payment are available:
